Puig Major, Mallorca’s highest peak, holds an orange glow in the morning light. Nestled in the Valley of Gold of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, the view from this home is unrivalled. Some projects you never need to look far for inspiration, this was one of them.

We worked in collaboration with Miró Property to design & develop a unique townhouse at the heart of Sóller, Mallorca. Open plan living and expansive architectural openings are not always achievable in traditional Spanish stone houses with immovable walls, but we achieved the impossible with this light filled project.
We created shared open spaces with a flow of energy that consciously blurred the lines between inside and outside, bringing the living room into the garden in a way that can only be achieved in the Mediterranean climate.
Combining a rustic Mallorcan material palette with contemporary furniture and styling to complement the old and new architecture of the construction. All in all, delivering a home that would not be out of place in Sóller or San Francisco.
